use of highly trained volunteers.
Volunteers maximize the effectiveness of the initiative by increasing the number of families we serve. We also see our investment in volunteers as a powerful opportunity to influence future healthcare, education and social service professionals.
The success of our program begins with careful recruitment of applicants and is followed by the substantial training, support, and ongoing supervision we provide to volunteers.
